1. All materials (article and information about the author(s)) must be sent via e-mail to
2. Articles must be submitted in Russian and/or English in the volume of 1-2 author's sheets (40,000-80,000 characters). The file must be in *.doc or *.docx format (Microsoft Office Word) with 14pt Times New Roman Cyr. Line spacing – single. Margins on all sides 20 mm. Paragraph indentation 1.25 cm. The text should be formatted by width, without hyphenation.
3. In the text, font highlights are made in light italics. Headings and subheadings are typed in bold.
4. Illustrative materials (pictures, drawings, graphs, diagrams, and schemes) are made using graphic electronic editors. All drawings must have consecutive numbering, as well as a title. The title of the drawing is given in Russian and English.
5. All numerical data must be presented in tables. Each table should have a serial number and a title (in both Russian and English). Tables are numbered continuously. Abbreviations in tables are not allowed, except for standard measurement units.
6. The article must begin with UDC classification , article title, author's full name, institutional affiliation (work/study place), position, academic degree and title (if applicable), work address, email, ORCID. The data is provided according to the sample.
7. References to scientific literature are cited in square brackets within the text (e.g., [7, p. 27]). At the end of the article, a list of scientific sources should be provided in alphabetical order, with Russian-language sources listed first, followed by foreign-language ones. The bibliography must include at least 20 scientific sources, with no more than two being self-citations. The list should primarily consist of journal articles, conference proceedings, and monographs that have DOI or EDN identifiers. Additionally, it must include at least five foreign sources with a DOI identifier.
8. References to legislation, statistical information, journalistic sources, as well as explanatory notes must appear as page footnotes with automatic numbering.
9. The bibliography must include a duplicate version in References format (English translation).
10. All references must comply with GOST 7.0.5-2008 “Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules for compilation” and GOST 7.0.108-2022 “Bibliographic references to electronic documents posted in information and telecommunication networks”.
11. In addition to the text of the article, the author shall submit a separate file in Russian and English containing:
a) an abstract with the mandatory indication of the title of the article and the name of the author;
b) keywords (5-9);
c) information about the author – full name, position and place of work or study, academic degree, academic rank, contact information (postal address with zip code, email address, contact phone number);
d) name of the specialty to which the article corresponds: philosophy, political science, economics, and management.
